A Picturesque Cottage Wedding to Remember – The Ultimate Rustic Wedding

After shooting their pre-wedding photographs in Regents Park, I had been looking forwards to Verity and Ben’s wedding day and what a wonderful day it was. This quintessential English wedding held in the family home was one of the most delightful locations imaginable, a thatched cottage in beautiful gardens near Oxford. I imagine that if an American were to describe England this is the picture it would paint. This was a truly Rustic Wedding and Ben & Verity were in their element.

They held a humanist ceremony in the garden bathed in uninterrupted sunshine. After a truly lovely blessing, with smiling guests everyone sat on beautiful white rustic looking wooden chairs.

Verity looked absolutely beautiful in timeless style and was a perfect match to her handsome new husband Ben. We did not go far for their photos, just across the lane, where we found a lovely field and stream. It was such a relaxed and beautiful environment and then the two dogs decided to join in to add a touch of madness …… and even more fun.
